Ghana U20 star Clifford Aboagye is satisfied with how the just ended season panned out despite failing to break into the Granada CF first team squad in the entire season.

The 19-year-old made 10 appearances and scored once in the Spanish Segunda B, Spain's third-tier league.

After joining Granada in August, following his extra-ordinary show in the 2013 FIFA U20 World Cup for Ghana, there were huge expectations around the diminutive player to excel but he failed to secure first team action.

However he feels satisfied with his first season.

"It was good playing there. It's not like being here comparing the standard of play and the facilities," he told Accra-based Happy FM.

Aboagye joined the Ghana U20 team and helped them beat Sierra Leone 2-1 in the second-leg and progress to the final stage of the qualifiers on 4-1 aggregate.
