Ghana youth international Thomas Partey insists he is not in a hurry to decide where he will be playing next season as he continues pre-season with Spanish giants Atletico Madrid.

The 21-year-old has returned to the Estadio Vicente Calderón and is undergoing pre-season with Diego Simeone's side after completing his loan deal with Segunda side Real Mallorca.

La Liga side Elche FC have been linked with the gifted midfielder for a loan move but the former Tema Youth midfielder has told GHANAsoccernet.com he is not in a rush to find out where he will play next season but admits he has learnt of rumours linking him to Elche.

"Me, I only know I'm here maybe its true but I don't know yet but I'm not in a hurry as it is what Atletic will say that is what I will do," he said.

Partey returns to Atletic in high confidence after making over 37 league appearances while at Mallorca and scoring five times from midfield.
