Ghana youth attacker Francis Narh scores but Banik Ostrava exit Czech Republican Cup

Ghanaian youth attacker Francis Narh scored for Banik Ostrava but they got eliminated from the Czech Cup after losing on penalties against Slovacko on Wednesday night. 

The 21-year-old climbed off the bench in the 70th minute to play the rest of the regulation minutes of the game Ostrava but the game headed to shoot-outs after it ended 1-1 in normal time.

Narh converted the second kick for Ostrava but they lost the game after missing two of their opening five kicks of the penalty shoot-out rounds.

His Ghanaian compatriot and former Tema Youth team-mates Derrick Mensah started the game and was replaced in the 58th minute.

Banik will now have to focus their attention on the league after crashing out of the Cup competition.
