Enoch Ebo Andoh in action for AEL Limassol, wants to return to the Ghana U20 team
Cyprus-based winger Enoch Ebo Andoh says he is keen on breaking into the Ghana U20 squad for the next year’s African Youth Championship.
The 19-year-old was a member of the unsuccessful 2011 squad that failed to progress beyond the first round in South Africa.
Andoh, who joined AEL Limassol, the Cypriot champions, from Portuguese giants FC Porto in June has been in fine shape featuring in two out of Limassol’s opening three games of the season.
The nimble-footed former King Faisal playmaker believes his swashbuckling form for Limassol can win him a place in Maxwell Konadu’s team.
“I still fall under the U20 category and can play for them at the African Youth Championship. I believe that my form is going to win me a place in the team for the tournament in Algeria.” He said.
Ghana defeated Morocco 4-1 in the first leg of the final round of qualifiers in Tamale on Sunday.
Nonsense to the highest point. You wont think of taking part in the qualification, but rather the tournament. Who should cook for u and your cronies to chop?? I wish we send only the few dedicated players who would help the team qualify to the tourney, not these so-called professionals who wait till qualification.
Who knows? Konado might call him because he really want to build a very strong squad that would feed the Black Stars in future.
More over, the coach also want to win something so don’t count Ebo Andoh out yet. Sellas tetteh used almost all professional to conquer West Africa, Africa and won the prestigious World Cup.
You are right. we are blessed with so much talent that one Nigerian said, one Ghanaian is equal to hundred Nigerians. True Story.
No wonder every country want to rub shoulders with Ghana. We shall soon rule Africa for a very long time.
This guy might be quite a talent, this is the league Agogo couldn’t survive.
Real Talk @Randolph thats the league Agogo couldnt break thru but young Ebo Andoh Is making it there. I feel too much parting on ur mind can also ruin ur football career. Football is physical sport not like Hiphop music where u drink and smoke and still stay on top. Agogo lost it bcos of his parting life style, Ebo is also there only for football and to build his career so definately he will make it, soon am sure he will move to the the stronger leagues
Plenty fish no dey spoil suop so MK can invite him.We are leaving no stone unturned in our quest to win the AYC because its a direct feed to the Black stars.
He is an amazing talent who is very silky wit blistering pace n trickery. His ability to take on players down d flanks is jaw-dropping… He left the junior Dragoes of Porto, not b’cos he is not Gud, but b’cos Victor Perriera was procrastinating his promotion to senior side due to his age. Though numerous teams wanted his signature, he chose
AEL LIMASOL b’cos of Champions League football! not the
Möney- conscious attitude of most GH playerz. Don’t 4get the Cyprus league produced a quarter finalist last season in the CL- Apoel Nicosia shocked shocked Porto, Lyon n almost Real Madrid last season. Its a very gud league for development considering the influx of South Americans playerz.
All in All , i’m happy to see more prospects for the N0. 7 spot of the BS. For some time now Gh have only been seeing competition at the Left Wing- Dede, Yartey, Atsu…
We have been xperimenting wit Prince tagoe, inkoom n d Inconsistent Dramani ever since Laryea kingston Left the Void. Though QUINCY is the Best for d right wing… But to See prospects like David Accam, Ebo-ENDOH, Solomon Asante, Uria Asante n Frank sarfo- Gyamfi coming into the Picture, There’s a big hope for the future in Gh futball. All sld watch out 4 KARIM BELLARABI of Bayern Luverkunsen. This boy is a Gem!
The Revolution is ON!! Nobody believed me wen i firstly campaigned it- its a Revelatiön
let be realistic enough. Ebo is older than 23, not forgetting that we have started a fresh generation of youngsters by white-washing a whole under 17. Ebo this is not your age limit for i can see oyu as a potential right wing for our left footed infested attacking midfield
