Ghana winger Owusu-Abeyie set for Crystal Palace second test game
Winger Quincy Owusu-Abeyie is keen to impress in second pre-season game at Crystal Palace

Ghana winger Quincy Owusu-Abeyie will have another to impress Ian Holloway to offer him a contract as he is set to play his second test game for the Premier League new boys on Tuesday night.

The 27-year-old has joined Crystal Palace as a trialist after leaving Greek side Panathinaikos with a hope of earning a deal at the club.

Abeyie played his first game for Palace against Dagenham and Redbridge United and overly impressed, setting up a goal for fellow trialist Atdhe Nuhiu as they posted a 2-1 win over Dagenham.

Palace boss Ian Holloway would further assess the performance of the former Cardiff City and Portsmouth playmaker who started his career at Arsenal to see if he is worth a deal.

He was linked with a return to Cardiff City but the Eagles are in pole position to offer him a deal if he shines in tonight's friendly.
