Solomon Asante - the man of deft and artistry is modest with his astounding form in South Africa for the Ghana and placed team progress ahead of everything

Black Stars winger Solomon Asante continues to vie for prominence in Kwesi Appiah’s line of wing-men with yet another glittering display in Ghana’s quarter-final triumph over Cape Verde.
But the 22-year-old is modest with his incredible form that has wowed many in South Africa.
“It has been fantastic so far for me and for Ghana and the entire contingent here,” he said.
“About my form, I think its great to have a flowing tournament but I still believe there is more to achieve.
“We have two games more to reach the ultimate and that is where every attention is now.”
Asante topped his majestic form in the competition with yet another magnificent cameo in the 12 minutes of regulation time he lasted as the four time champions equaled an AFCON semi-final record with a 2-0 win over Cape Verde.
He cut the Blue Sharks defence open and played through Agyemang-Badu but the Udinese man failed to put the tie to rest in the 89th minute as his goal-bound effort was blocked by the body of a defender.
woow what a good player.i never knew we had such great talents in the local league back home in ghana.
from wat im saw from this dude i guess he gotta be a beginner but hey guys just that my opinion n the descisions lie with AA.
ghana ivory coast is out but dont underate the other teams becuz they are also coming to play it hard.since zambia won last year everybody has now big believe in themselves so pls boys learn from the cape verde game n dont underestimate any team.
i wish to see him in the starting line up.so appiah take note of this.
I THINK AA SHOULD START ASANTE BASED ON WAT HE HAS DONE SO FAR. BURKINA WILL PLAY THE COUNTER, SO WE NEED FULL BACKS WHO CAN RUN. AKAMINKO MUST START OVER PAINSTIL. AA SHOULD START MENSAH/AWAL OVER BOYE. KASA ON 11. GYAN, WAKASSO N ATSU MUST ALL COME ON AS SUBS…
