Ghana have been handed a massive boost ahead of the 2015 World Youth Championship with the return of Godfred Donsah to training.

The Cagliari midfieder endured the physical session on Tuesday without problems and could make the squad for Sunday’s Seria A game against Napoli.

The 18-year-old has remain an injury doubt after missing the side’s two last games in the Italian top-flight with leg bruises and fever.

But the former Palermo teen has shaken off the problem to boost his chances of making the Black Satellites squad ahead of this year’s World Youth Championship in New Zealand.

The highly-rated midfielder is seen as an integral member of Sellas Tetteh’s squad ahead of the global showpiece.

He has scored two goals in 17 appearances for the Islanders this season.
