Chairman of Ghana's U20 George Afriyie has revealed head Sellas Tetteh has requested to play just two training games in their European tour ahead of next month's AYC.

Sellas Tetteh's side leave Accra for Milan on Wednesday night for a five day training programme before leaving for Spain to wrap up the preparations.

The Satellites had lined-up friendlies with Inter Milan and Novara primavera sides in Italy before taking on Barcelona and Espanyol second string side.

Black Satellites Management Committee chairman George Afriyie has revealed Sellas Tetteh has requested to play just two friendly games before the team leave for  Algeria.

"Initially we had plans to play teams in Milan and Novara and also play against Barcelona B and Espanyol B but the coach wants to play just two games so we will have to decide," he told Accra-based Happy FM.

The former Rwanda head coach has named a strong 24-man locally-based squad for the trip.
