Ghana U20 coach Sellas Tetteh has made four changes to his starting line-up to face Mali on Sunday in a Group B top-of-the-table clash.

In defence, the veteran has introduced BA United centre-back Stephen Anokye Badu to partner Joseph Aidoo.

Midfielder Kofi Yeboah gets to start in the holding role and will combine with maestro Clifford Aboagye.

Upfront, Jonathan Osabutey will lead the attack alongside Samuel Afful who came off the bench to snatch the match winner against Zambia.

Ghana need a draw to stay on top of the Group and avoid a semi-final clash against Nigeria, who topped Group B.

Both Mali and Ghana have six points apiece and have already qualified for the 2015 FIFA U20 World Cup.

Ghana starting XI:

Mutawakilu Seidu-Owusu Bempah, Patrick Asmah, Joseph Aidoo, Stephen Anokye Badu- Kofi Yeboah, Asiedu Attobrah, Clifford Aboagye, Prosper Kassim-Samuel Afful, Jonathan Osabutey,
