Ghana Under-20 head coach Orlando Wellington has announced parting ways with Ghana Premier League side Heart of Lions over differences with the club management.
Wellington has been involved in a tussle with the club's management following his double roles.
Early last month, the club officially wrote to him giving him an ultimatum to choose between the club and the national team job.
Lions claimed national team duty was interrupting his work schedule with the club ahead of the start of the new season.
Wellington told Accra based Oman FM on Wednesday night: "I can say that I've stopped as the head coach of the club because they’ve not shown me enough respect."
"They refused to append their signature to a contract they gave me after I’ve signed mine part and so it tells you that if they wanted you to continue they wouldn’t have behaved the way they doing.
"I've no problem with owner Victor Ahiakpor but the people around him are making things difficult for anyone to work at the club. If I go back, am sure some of the people will undermine me and my work and that's what I don't want to expose myself to.''
He added: ''It’s therefore safe and sound to say that I’m available to any club that want me and if they come and the terms are right, I will be more than willing to move on."
Wellington is on the verge of handing Ghana a qualification berth for next year's African Youth Championship finals after securing a 0-2 away win over Benin in the final qualifying round first leg tie.
The return leg will be played in in Accra on 24 October.
