Nasiru Mohammed has penned a four-year-contract at Hacken
Ghana U20 star Nasiru Mohammed has signed a four-year-contract for Swedish Allsvenskan leaders BK Hacken, Ghanasoccernet.com can exclusively confirm.
Nasiru, 18, moved to the Rambergsvallen Stadium on a four-month loan deal from Ghanaian third-tier side Rainbow FC in July.
With striker Majeed Waris set to join Russian giants Spartak Moscow in January, Hacken have secured the former Manchester City trialist to fill the void.
Giants Helsingborg and AIK Stockholm were hoping to snatch the prodigy from under the nose of Hacken but league leaders have tied him up until 2016.
Nasiru said: “It is a very exciting time to be part of the club on permanent basis. We are in pole position to win the league and to be part of that squad to make history is always great.
The 2011 Ghana U17 captain has proven his talent in the Swedish top flight by scoring 4 goals in 8 appearances for Peter Gerhardsson’s side.
He scored a double on his debut for the Göteborg-based side before going ahead to score twice in a row.
Happy for you my brother – Work harder and move on within 2 years or less..
Great news!!! It good to see youngsters moving up the ranks. We wish you all the best.
