Ghana U-20 drawn in tough group for friendly South Africa tourney

Ghana's U-20 team have been drawn in a tough group alongside Argentina, Nigeria and hosts South Africa for a friendly tournament in Cape Town later this month.

The tournament which starts on 25 May is geared towards preparing the team adequately for the African Youth Championship qualifiers next month.

The Black Satellites will open their Group A account on May 25 when they take on arch rivals Nigeria at the Athlone Stadium.

The team plays tournament host South Africa two days later before rounding up the campaign against Argentina on May 29.

South American giants Brazil will face Cameroon, Kenya and Japan in Group B.

The top two teams in each group will advance to the semifinals to determine the finalists to do battle on June 3.
