Ghana stroll to top spot and quarter-finals

Ghana sealed top place in CAF Africa Cup of Nations Cup Group B and a quarter-final meeting with Cape Verde by outclassing Niger. Asamoah Gyan, Christian Atsu and John Boye grabbed the goals in a 3-0 win.
