Majeed joins the Hacken fans in celebration
Ghana striker Abdul Majeed Waris rounded up his season by scoring for BK Hacken in their 2-1 last match day victory over GIF Sundsvall.
The 21-year-old scored the opener for his Hacken three minutes after interval with a clinical finish.
Swedish international defender Tom Soderberg engineered an attack from the right which saw congolese Rene Makondele locating Waris inside the area.
Waris timed his effort and calmly finished to registered his 25th goal of the season.
Compatriot Nasiru Mohammed came off the Hacken bench in the 77th minute.
The victory has helped Hacken to book a Europa League ticket for next season.
He can be the future tony if we groom him
WAITITNG TO SEE HOW HE PERFORMS IN RUSSIA. UNTIL THEN, IM NOT SOLD ON WARRIS. AGAINST A CLUB LIKE AIK HE COULDNT HELP HACKEN WIN.
He is only 21 years. How many of our guys that won the U20 are playing week in week out and scoring goals? Let’s support and encourage him, he is our own. He might surprise us in Russia.
BOAKYE YIADOM HAS HAD MORE EXPERIENCE PLAYIN OVERSEAS. HE ALSO SCORED IN BUNCHES FOR SASSUOLO AND THEN DID WELL FOR JUVE. WARRIS IS ONLY IN HIS FIRST YE OVERSEAS. LETS WAIT N SEE HOW HE PERFORMS IN RUSSIA. SWEDISH LEAGUE IS VERY WEAK
So now that Waris helped BK Hacken win a spot in the Europa league they decided to cash in and sell their price striker Waris who is going to bang in the goals for them in Europa league. Short sited Club owners.
Did Waris win the goalking in Sweden? GSN tell us
A very good question Dr Who!!! These short sited and good for nothing journalists at GSN 2gether with their chief editor are just a waste in this profession!! This question of whether he won the goal king or not, should have been even their main heading… but well, do we have a better place to go for more sports news as Ghanaians than to follow this blind site? This is the problem.!!
