Ghana striker Richmond Boakye-Yiadom says he has adapted to Spanish football and ready to make an impact in the La Liga.
The 20-year-old has joined promoted Elche on loan from Italian champions Juventus.
Boakye scored on his debut on the opening weekend of the league and has gone on to play the entire duration of their last two matches.
“Spanish football is different because it is more of possessive football but in Italy the game was very tactical,” Boakye told GHANASoccernet.com
“I am now satisfied to have learnt enough and ready to make a positive impact.
“My target is to ensure my club win matches and I perform excellently well as a striker.
“We have a young but strong team and that should help me survive in Spain.”
Boakye scored 11 goals for Italian Serie B side Sassuolo last season which helped them to qualify to the top-flight.
