Ghana striker Matthew Amoah missed Herecles’ 1-1 home draw with PEC Zwolle on Saturday in the Dutch Eredivisie.

The club failed to specify which illness but confirmed the striker was indisposed.

Amoah was also absent last week but was a 78th minute substitute after replacing Mikhael Rosheuvel in the 1-1 draw with Cambuur.

The 31-year-old has made 11 Eredivise appearances including three starts and scored one goal.
