Ghana U20 star Nasiru Mohammed put up a sterling performance for BK Hacken as he scored the solitary goal of the game in their slim 1-0 win over Swedish second-tier side GAIS on Saturday afternoon.

Hacken got their pre-season underway in Hisingen - Göteborg with their first warm-up game against relegated GAIS.

After an opening 45 minutes that failed to produce a goal, it was the 18-year-old who initially joined Peter Gerhardsson's side on a short term loan stint last season, who scored the match winner on the hour mark.

Nasiru engineered a quick combination play with Congolese forward Rene Makondele who laid a through pass for the little man to slot home.

"Its great to get my pre-season underway in style and score my club's first goal," he told Ghanasoccernet.com.

He scored six times in 12 appearances on his debut season for Hacken.
