Ghana U20 midfielder Alfred Duncan has spoken of his admiration for Italy midfielder Thiago Motta

Inter Milan’s Ghana U20 starlet Alfred Duncan has spoken of the qualities of Italy international Thiago Motta and says he wants to emulate him.

Duncan progress through Inter Milan’s youth ranks and trained with several of Inter Milan’s top stars before being promoted to the Nerazzuris’ first team squad last season.

However the 19-year-old has been sent on loan at Serie B side Livorno and is establishing himself in Davide Nicola’s side starting two of their last three games.

He says he is following in the line of Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Thiago Motta.

“I play like Thiago Motta – his style and vision on the ball. I trained with him at Inter when he was there,” he told Livorno’s official site.
