Could-be Ghanaian Karim Bellarabi scored his second goal of the season for Eintracht Braunscheig in their 3-2 home defeat to Schalke 04 in the German Bundesliga on Saturday afternoon.
Bellarabi, 23, on loan from Bayer Leverkusen, has hit a rich vein of form for the newly-promoted side.
After Schalke’s Max Meyer had pecked the scoring at the Eintracht-Stadion it was the half-Ghanaian who restored the lead for his side – sending home a low volley from inside the box.
But Braunscheig were unable to protect the lead as the Royal Blues won the tie 3-2.
Ghana FA officials have expressed interest in luring the talented attacker to switch his nationality to represent the West African country.
