Ghana Premier League to resume on 24 February

Hearts of Oak players

The second half of the Ghana Premier League will commence on 24 February, the Premier League Board has confirmed.

The 15 matches will be played for a period of five months with the final round of matches fixed for 23 June.

The first half of the Ghana top-flight ended on 6 January and went on break for the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations.

Medeama sporting Club finished on top of the table with 30 points.

Three clubs in the relegation zone were Real Tamale United, Berekum Arsenal and Hearts of Oak.
