Ghana Premier League side New Edubiase United have sacked Anthony Commey as their head coach after surviving relegation on the final day of the season, a management member has confirmed.

The Movers needed a final day stalemate against Hearts of Oak at the Accra Sports Stadium on Wednesday to avoid relegation from the Ghanaian top-flight and Commey has been chopped off.

The Bekwai-based have flirted with relegation the past two seasons with Commey being at the helm for the past five seasons.

"We've about two or three coaches on our radar for next season and we'll make the right decisions," a management member Appiah told Accra-based Happy FM.

Edubiase finished the season at tenth place with 40 points.
