Ghana’s womens U-17 opponents, South Africa will arrive tonight ahead of the 2012 World Cup second leg qualifier on Firday.
A combined team of eighteen players and seven officials are expected to touch down at the Kotoka International Airport by 9:30pm local time.
The team will then be checked into the plush M-Plaza Hotel in Roma Ridge where they will be based before Friday’s return encounter at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The team will train Friday morning at 8am local time at the match venue before attending a pre-match technical meeting at the Ghana FA secretariate at 10am.
Ghana’s Black Maidens are chasing one of the three African slots for places at the World Cup in Azerbaijan.
The first leg ended goalless and will be the third successive appearance of the womens U-17 team at the World stage if they manage to dispatch off their South African opponents.
