Ghana have moved two places up the FIFA world ranking table released on Thursday.

Despite last week’s 1-0 defeat to Montenegro in an international friendly, the Black Stars are ranked 35th in the world.

But the Black Stars dropped one place to fifth on the Africa ranking.

Ivory Coast are still in the lead followed by Algeria, Egypt and Cape Verde in that order.

Spain remain on top and are followed by Germany and Argentina in that order.

The March edition took into account a total of 67 matches of which 57 were friendlies.

The other ten games were AFC Asian Cup qualifiers.
