Ghana international midfielder Sulley Muntari has shown his commitment to his club - AC Milan after he was sacked and suspended by the West Africans.

The 29-year-old, along with Schalke 04 star Kevin-Prince Boateng, were thrown out of Ghana's World Cup camp hours before kick-off against Portugal in the final Group G game of the 2014 World Cup in Brasilia.

Muntari was accused of attacking and slapping a Ghana team official in Ghana's camp and hours after his dismissal, the former Inter Milan star turned his attention to AC Milan who have rewarded him with a new one-year-contract, saying he is happy to return to Milan.
