Ghana first choice goalkeeper Adam Kwarasey hopes the Black Stars will overcome Malawi to qualify for the 2013 Nations Cup.

The 2010 Fifa World Cup quarter-finalists are in Lilongwe to play the three time CECAFA Cup champions in the second-leg qualifier on Saturday for next January's showpiece in South Africa.

Ghana go into the tie with a 2-0 advantage after winning the first-leg at the Accra Sports Stadium last month.

However the Flames are determined to protect their impressive home run and stun the West African giants.

But the Norway-based shot-stopper is optimistic of Ghana's qualification chances against the Malawians.

"I really hope we can beat them and qualify," the Stromsgodset No.1 told Ghanasoccernet.com.
