Ghana goalkeeper Razak Brimah put on another good show to help Cordoba to a disappointing 1-1 home draw against San Fernando in the Spanish second tier.

The Black Stars goalkeeper had followed up on last weekend’s heroics where he helped the side to an away win which lifted them out of the relegation zone.

Brimah’s side however failed to follow up with a win this weekend to consolidate their campaign to get out of danger as they dropped vital points at home.

Jose Antonio Romero’s side has started well by taking a 12th minute lead through Carlos Fernandez.

They however surrendered this lead 10 minutes to halftime when Carlitos struck for the visitors.

It eventually proved costly as Cordoba failed to turn their dominant possession and chances into goals to ultimately cede the win.

The disappointing home draws now sees the side fall back in the relegation tussle.

They are now 17th in the Spanish second tier – just a point adrift safety and with eight games to go.
