Ghana World Cup goalkeeper Adam Larsen Kwarasey has blamed the country football authorities for the plenitude of confusion which caused their early elimination.
The players boycotted training in the build up to their final Group G match against Portugal because of unpaid appearance fees.
It took the intervention of Ghana president John Mahama before the players decided to board a flight to Brasilia, the match venue, from their camp base in Maceio.
Then midfielder Muntari was reported to have physically attacked a member of the Black Stars management committee member Moses Armah.
He was later sent home for violent behavior and Kevin Prince Boateng was also expelled for what the Ghana FA described as ââ¬ÅVulgar verbal attack on the coach without showing remorse.ââ¬
Kwarasey in an interview after Ghanaââ¬â¢s 2-1defeat to Portugal admitted the off the field issues distracted the team but blamed authorities for a poor campaign.
ââ¬ÅWe have always had problems in camp but this was way too much,â⬠the Stromsgodset captain said.
ââ¬ÅAuthorities should look into this I feel we were not properly treated and that led to all the misunderstanding.
ââ¬ÅWhen there is a problem you look at where it started not where it ended.ââ¬
