Ghana FA rewards ex-striker Kwame Ayew with Black Stars Management Committee appointment

Ex-Ghana striker Kwame Ayew has been named in the re-constituted Black Stars Management Committee.

The former Boavista player has been rewarding for his professionalism in administration after working as a member of the Player Status Committee.

Ayew, who was a member of the 1992 bronze medal winning team at the Olympics in Barcelona, becomes the first retired player to serve on the committee.

The Ghana Football Association on Thursday announced changes to the various management committees of the national teams.

George Afriyie heads the Black Stars management committee and will be deputized by Kudjoe Fianoo.
