The Ghana Football Association has refused to go to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (Cas) to contest a CAF decision to disqualify its U17 team from the 2015 African Junior Championship.
An Executive Committee will on Thursday decide not to challenge CAFââ¬â¢s ruling after the Organising Committee of the tournament banned Ghana for fielding an over-aged player.
CAF on Wednesday announced that its Appeal Board has upheld the decision and threw away Ghanaââ¬â¢s appeal.
Ghana were banned after a protest by Cameroon over the MRI test of one of Isaac Twum who plays for Heart of Lions.
