The Ghana FA has launched its first ever football directory – a document which covers every information about Ghana football.

The directory launch done by the President of the Ghana FA Kwesi Nyantakyi makes the GFA the second football association in Africa to come out with such a document – behind the South African FA.

The directory captures the history of Ghana football, structures and operations of the Ghana FA, in-depth information of the Ghana Premier League and affiliate bodies of the GFA.

The Ghana FA President acknowledged the efforts of the Research and Information Committee in the compilation of the comprehensive document of which he believes will become the reference point for all relevant information about Ghana football.

“It (the directory) will be a key reference point for all relevant information you need to know in Ghana football,” Nyantakyi said at Monday’s launch.

“And this book will be the beginning of many other publications the GFA will be coming up with.

“We will be veering into other relevant areas where such information about Ghana football appears to be very difficult to come by.”

So put it on the net so we can easily access it.

Big deal, this information is already available on the internet, so whats the point? Spend what ever money you have in improving the football pitches. This looks childish.
