Ghana Football Association Executive Committee member George Afriyie insists the Black Stars must ‘win big’ against Egypt on Tuesday to make qualification to the 2014 World Cup easy.
Ghana is hosting the record African Cup winners in the first leg of the crucial World Cup playoff tie on Tuesday in Kumasi.
The Black Stars look to record a massive win so as to render the return encounter a mere formality.
And the Ex.Co member wants the Black Stars to meet the high expectations to ensure a good cushioning for Ghana ahead of the second leg match in November.
“We have had experiences in the past and therefore the expectation is to kill off the game here,” he told Radio Gold.
“We aim to record a convincing win so that we don’t find ourselves in any form of difficulties in the return encounter.
“So even though I don’t have a specific score line in mind, we all want the Black Stars to win and win very big.”
