Ghana will play Sudan in Kumasi

The Ghana Football Association has confirmed that Kumasi will host next month’s World Cup qualifier between the Black Stars and Sudan.

GHANAsoccernet.com revealed earlier this month that the match will be played at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi.

The match will be played on Sunday 24 March.

The game will kick off at 16:00GMT.

The Black Stars will return to the venue where they thrashed Lesotho 7-0 at they played their first game of the 2014 World Cup qualifier.

The change of time for the match will help to avoid the embarrassing spectacle of the floodlights going off.
