The Ghana Football Association has confirmed talks with the England FA over a proposed friendly return leg against the Three Lions in the next two years on home soil.

The Black Stars played out an entertaining 1-1 draw at Wembley on Tuesday night which attracted over 80,000 soccer fans with over two million viewership across the globe.

Despite the unavailability of five key players in the England squad, the game lived up to it pre-match hype with the two sides producing a swashbuckling performances on the day.

"There is a proposal on the table for a return match at either Accra or Kumasi in the two years and the English FA is considering that," Ghana FA Vice-president Fred Pappoe confirmed.

"We believe the first match was great and the enthusiasm among the fans has prompted us to take the initiative to bring the game to the doorstep of our fans."

England have never gone on tour of West Africa and if the deal is stitched up will be historic in much sense.
