Ghana duo Muntari and Boateng make pre-season return for Milan
Muntari and Boateng trained on Tuesday morning with the Milan squad

Ghanaians; Sulley Muntari and Kevin-Prince Boateng were involved in the first training session of AC Milan’s pre-season activities on Tuesday morning.

Coach Massimilano Allegri took charge of the session but had five players Italian players who were on national team duty at the Confederations Cup.

Allegri was also without Giampaoli Pazzini and Jherson Vergara who are treating injuries.

The squad was divided into those into two – ones in the gold and white jerseys as they were greeted by the fans on their return from holidays.

A warm-up was followed by some stretching and short runs before the players worked on a possession drill.

The session ended with a practice match with Nigel de Jong to only player to complete the full game Kevin-Prince Boateng scoring first in the match which was short lived due to a storm.
