Ghana have been drawn against the United States of America for the third consecutive World Cup finals after the Black Stars were drawn in Group G alongside Germany and Portugal.Â
The Black Stars recorded wins against the Yankees in the 2006 and 2010 World Cups and would face another test from the Americans in a group opener while European giants Germany and Portugal clash in the other games.
Local fans in Ghana called for a Ghana-USA meeting once more at the tournament and truly the Black Stars have been drawn against them.
During the 2010 event in South Africa, Ghana needed a super strike from Asamoah Gyan to claim a 2-1 win over the USA.
