Razak Nuhu celebrates his goal in Stromsgodset's 4-0 triump on Friday
Black Stars left-back Razak Nuhu scored his debut goal for Stromsgodset and won the man -of-the-match award in their 4-0 league triumph over Aalesund on Friday evening.
The 21-year-old who played for Ghana in Tuesday’s 2-0 defeat against Liberia in a Presidential Cup friendly, registered the third goal for Stroms on the hour mark with a powerful header.
Nuhu walked straight into Ronny Deila’s starting line-up despite returning less than a day before the game and he heralded the victory for his side.
An Øyvind Storflor stinging corner from the right was turned in by Nuhu with a powerful header to increase the advantage to 3-0.
Black Stars shot-stopper Adam Kwarasey and Manchester City loanee Bismark Adjei-Boateng both started the game for Stroms but Adjei-Boateng was replaced after 73 minutes.
The victory has helped the Drammen-based side to open a three-point lead at the top of the table.
