Ghana defender Rashid Sumaila believes Al Qadsia can go all the way to clinch the 2015 AFC Cup due to their hot form in the competition.

The Kuwaiti club are top of Group C in the second tier Asian club tournament with a 100 percent record after two rounds of games.

Al Qadsia were one of the teams that fell at the final hurdle to make the group stages of the Asian Champions League.

But Rashid Sumaila who has established himself as a regular first team player for the Kings since arriving on a five-month loan deal feels that side can win the competition.

“I really think we can win this competition,” he told GHANAsoccernet.com.

“We are winning both home and away and with this kind of form I don’t foresee any club stopping us.”

Al Qadsia will be hosting Tajikistani club FK Istiqlol in their next AFC Cup game on Wednesday with a chance to further stretch their lead at the top of the group.
