Ghana will be without centre-back Kwabena Adusei for Saturday’s African Nations Championship final against Libya in Cape Town.

The Asante Kotoko player was sent off in the semi-final clash against eternal rivals Nigeria after picking up two yellow cards.

He is suspended for one-match and cannot play against the Mediterranean Knights.

Adusei has been a pillar at the back for the local Black Stars and has scored two goals- all penalties-at the tournament.

Head coach Maxwell Konadu will have to take decision on who partners Nuru Sulley at the back.

Liberty Professionals captain Alfred Nelson is available or Abeiku Ainooson, who was named Man-of-the-match against Nigeria.

Ghana will be playing Libya for the second time at this year’s tournament after both sides drew 1-1 in their second Group C match.
