Ghana defender David Addy regained his starting role in the Waasland-Beveren set-up after serving a two-match ban but tasted defeat in their 1-0 home reverse against Genk on Saturday in the Belgian Pro League.

The left-back was handed a four-match, two of which suspended, by the Royal Belgian Football Association head-butting an a Mechelen player last month during a league match.

Addy missed the defeat against Kortrijk before the international break and the win over Cercle Brugge last week.

The 24-year-old has made eight league appearances for Beveren.
