Ghana defender Akaminko on target for Eskisehirspor in Turkish Cup

Akaminko was on target again Eskisehirspor

Defender Jerry Akaminko scored the opener for Eskisehirspor in their 3-0 demolishing of Mersin in the Turkish Cup on Wednesday.

The 24-year-old was on hand to give the visitors the lead in the 48^th minute with a fine finish.

Striker Zengin increased the tally with a solo effort in the 59^th minute before Demirhan scored the third 12^th minutes from time.

The strong-centre back has found his goal scoring touch after he scored for Eskisehirspor in their 2-2 draw at Istanbul BB in the Turkish Super League last weekend.

He plays right back for his club. Why are you deceiving yourselves. Had Coach Appiah put him at right back rather than shuffle the whole back line when Paintsil got injured WE would be African champions right now.

kwesi Appiah didnt use jerry at the right position.anybody who watched the dr congo game,will realise that apart from the penalty blunder he caused he was solid rock in that game becuz he made some decisive tackles which were all goal bound.
believe me folks a good coach will bring the best out of jerry becuz AA is technically bankrupt.
