Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah says his players are armed to the team to face Egypt on Tuesday in the World Cup playoff first leg playoff in Kumasi.
Appiah has been training with the full complement of his squad for the past week and has expressed satisfaction at the way things went.
He saw his side thrash second-tier side Asokwa Deportivo in a test match played at the Baba Yara Stadium last Friday.
With Ghana having a clean bill of health, Appiah says his troops will give nothing but their best.
“At the moment, we have been able to put our best players together and preparation is equally going well,” the ex-Ghana captain told Ghanafa.org
“With the team together and willing to give more than 100 per cent knowing what is at stake, we can be confident of a fine result.”
Ghana are seeking a third successive appearance at the FIFA World Cup final while Egypt want to return to the big for the first time since 1990.
