Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah says his team will not be affected by the absence of Christian Atsu ahead of Sundayââ¬â¢s World Cup qualifier against Sudan.
The Porto winger has been ruled out of the tricky tie at the Baba Yara stadium after suffering a late injury last weekend.
The Ghanaian trainer has opted not to replace the former Rio Ave loanee for the game against the Nile crocodile, insisting his absence is not a bother to him.
