Berekum Chelsea have been tipped to beat Zamalek
By Patrick Akoto
Ghana boss Kwesi Appiah is confident Berekum Chelsea can nail Zamalek in Saturday’s Caf Champions League tie.
The former Ghanaian Champions will battle the North African giants at the Accra Sports Stadium well aware of the pedigree of their opponent.
Zamalek boast of experienced players and technical brains who can mastermind at least a draw in the away fixture.
But the Black Stars coach believes the Berekum-based side have eough quality to edge past the five-time winners.
“I believe it is not going to be easy but Chelsea have home advantage and that will count,” Appiah told Radio XYZ
“Ghanaians should go to the stadium in their numbers and support them. When the going gets tough, the fans will be needed greatly.
“I believe the quality of players they have and with God on their side, I believe they will win.”
The ambitious Ghanaian side will also face TP Mazembe and Al Alhy in the other matches in the group.
By hook or crook, Berekum chelsea will beat Zamalek by 2 goals to nil.
GO CHELSEA!!!
