Ghana midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu is enjoying his best starts to a season at Udinese this term since moving to the Friuli five years ago.

The combative player has been starting roles in two of the three-week old Serie A.

He lasted 65 minutes in their opener against Empoli and played full throttle in the famous 1-0 win over Napoli on Sunday.

Badu was an unused substitute trip in last week’s trip to Juventus because he arrived late from the international break.

New Udinese coach Andrea Stramaccioni loves the industry and work ethic of the Ghana international and looks like he might give him more playing time this term.

Last season, he made 29 Serie A appearances and scored five goals.
