MSV Duisburg sporting director Ivica Grlic has stressed ‘it will hard to keep’ Ghanaian defender Phil Ofosu Aryee at the club as many clubs including Dutch side FC Twente Enschede queue up for him.

The contract of the 22-year-old runs out at the current campaign and believed to have attracted a interest from many clubs in Germany and abroad.

Greuther Fürth, Frankfurt, Karlsruher and Dutch side Twente Enschede have put their sensor on the right back, who is keen to represent Ghana at the international level.

The lower German club are therefore resigned to losing their key defender with keen interest growing for him by the day.

"We would like to extend his (Ofosu Aryee) contract but that will be very hard,” said MSV sports director Ivica Grlic

“But we have to wait and see how things go at the end of the season.”

Ofosu-Aryee has enjoyed some decent run for the Zebras since he joined them but is anxious to move up the ladder to enhance his prospect of playing for the Black Stars.
