German Journalist rubbishes Kevin-Boateng's Bayern Munich link

Kevin-Prince Boateng

A renowned German sports Journalist Julien Wolff has cast doubt about Kevin-Prince Boateng’s potential move to Bayern Munich.

Th German giants have been linked with a move for the retired Ghanaian international who has been far from his best this season for AC Milan.

Boateng’s brother Jerome revealed two months ago that Kevin could consider a switch to the Bundesliga and that heightened speculations about his potential move to the side.

But Wolff, who writes for German tabloid Welt Am Sonntag and has a close relationship with the side claims there are no plans to sign the 25-year-old.

“It’s a family matter and does not necessarily reflect Bayern’s position,” Wolf said

“Journalists started putting out that story after Jerome expressed his wish to see Kevin at Bayern.

“But the truth is that the club is not interested in Boateng.

“What worse is his value and wage. They are too exorbitant for Bayern, yet tactically, they do not even need another midfielder. They have enough already.”

Boateng has scored only once for the Rossoneri  this campaign.

What is the rubbishing in what this journalist said? He only made his point and observation when it comes to Bayern adding another midfielder to their team. He did not disrespect KPB.
