German international defender of half-Ghanaian descent Jerome Boateng went gay on Saturday afternoon with his Bayern Munich team-mates as they were officially crowned Bundesliga champions.

The towering versatile defender sprayed beer on his team-mates with the exception of French international Franck Ribbery, who abhors the traditional German beer styled-fetes, in jubilation of his second Bundesliga title with the Bavarians at the Allianz Arena.

Bayern crowned their triumphant Bundesliga season with a 1-0 win over VfB Stuttgart after winning the league title six weeks ago and Boateng picked up a medal after Claudio Pizzaro's 92nd minute strike earned them the victory.

After the Bundesliga triumph, Boateng will quickly turn his attention to the 2014 World Cup in Brazil as he has been named in the Joachim Loew's provisional 30-man squad.

The defender will be facing his brother Kevin-Prince Boateng, who plays for West African giants Ghana, for the second time at the World Cup if he makes the final 23-man squad.
