German coach Klaus Toppmoller is expected to arrive in Ghana on Wednesday on the invitation of Premier League club New Edubiase.
The 63-year-old is coming to help the Berkwai-based club improve on its technical setup.
Toppmoller’s expected arrival forms part of an agreement struck earlier this year to have the German use his vast experience to help the club strengthen in various areas especially in coaching.
The former Bayern Leverkusen and Hamburg trainer is also to use his rich contacts all over the world to land lucrative sponsorship deals for the Ghanaian club.
“[Klaus] Toppmoller is expected to arrive on Wednesday,†New Edubiase President Abdul Salam Yakubu told MTNFootball.com.
“He is coming to undertake several projects within the club as part of an agreement we have with him.
“We want to develop as a club and we believe bringing such personalities on board will help us achieve this aim.â€
