Ghana midfielder Derek Boateng has set his target for his English Premier League Fulham side hoping the Cottagers can secure a top-half finish in his first season at the club.
The Whites finished 12thà last campaign, three points behind West Ham in 10thà spot.
But Boateng, a summer signing from Ukrainian outfit Dnipro, hopes they can break into the top 10.
He said: ââ¬ÅMy focus is to make sure we're playing well and in a good position in the league. It will be tough, but it's my dream to be in the top 10.
ââ¬ÅWe have to take it one game at a time and work hard.
"We know it's not going to be easy. There are a lot of new managers coming in and good players as well.ââ¬
Fulham continue their preparation for the start of the new campaign with two pre-season matches at Craven Cottage this month.
They face Spanish side Real Betis on Monday August 5 before entertaining Italian outfit Parma five days later.
