Fulham manager Felix Magath has given midfielder Derek Boateng the green light to head out on loan.

The Ghanaian has endured a frustrating time at Craven Cottage since his summer switch from Dnipro, making just two Premier League starts.

Boateng hasn’t played at all since the FA Cup draw against Norwich in January and was close to joining Watford, only for a move to Vicarage Road to fall through.

The 30-year-old, who has recently been linked with Championship strugglers Charlton, has failed to feature since Magath took charge last month.

And the German coach has given Boateng permission to move on in a bid to save his World Cup dreams.

This guy gotto 4get about the wc, and on a more serious note he can go 2 Brazil only as a blackstar supporter.keep playing 4 some money 4 ur retirement and stop daydreaming.

  2. Maxwell Johnson says:

So this “bugga bugga” player still have hopes of making it to the WC? Wonders shall never end, massa just call it a quit and pave way for the youngsters to play you’ve past your prime.

  3. @maxwell Johnson. Mate your responses on this site are really hurtful. They also show a lot of ingratitude and immaturity. Why the hate? Is it wrong for a player to aim at being selected for the WC even though we all know he realistically has no chance? Pal, take an advise from a friend. “Go over your comments b/f posting them”.

Going to Fulham was the worst decision he’s ever made’even though it might be a gud move for him in financial standpoint..but then again u r sitting on the bench game in and game out and that alone is enough to put anybody career in jeopardy I don’t care if u r messi or ronaldo.
